Want to become a part of an incredibly impactful, passionate, and dynamic community of film-lovers?

Then volunteering with the 2022 American Indian Film Festival might just be the perfect fit! With 47 years of festival experience under our belt, the American Indian Film Festival brings together some of the most talented American Indian filmmakers from around the world, to bring recognition and appreciation to their incredible work. This year, we have so many exciting and vibrant film programs and special events, and our volunteers are the ones that allow us to make them happen. Not only do they help bring the festival to life, but they make amazing connections with patrons, filmmakers, and industry professionals and gain invaluable knowledge about the world of film and the American Indian community.

Volunteers are a critical part of making AIFF happen every year, and with this being our first time back in-person in a while, it’s more important than ever for us to have a strong team of support to back us up! Throughout the 9-day festival, we have several important roles for volunteers to take on, including set up/breakdown of events, ushers, ticket-takers, errand-runners, etc. There are a variety of dates and time slots for which we need volunteers, so you can pick what works for you.
